Instructions to the authors of selected (full length and poster) papers
All the selected full length as well as poster papers will be published in the proceeding after completing registration process
1. Paper should be strictly in IEEE format & it must be in word document (.doc) format only
2. Full length paper should not exceed the page limit of 4 pages
3. Poster paper should not exceed page limit 2 pages
4. At least one author should register for publishing the paper in the conference proceeding
5. If more than one author per paper wants to attend the conference, then they must register individually
Steps to be followed
1. For registration send demand draft drawn in favor of “Convener, ETCSIT-2010” Payable at Nashik to address given below and send the scanned copy of it to etcsit2010@gmail.com on or before 4th January 2010 for early bird registration or before 10th January 2010 for general registration.
2. Send camera ready paper on or before 5th January 2010 to etcsit2010@gmail.com to get it published in the conference proceeding. If we do not get the camera ready paper before 5th January 2010 then the paper will not be published in the proceeding.
3. Send copy right form (soft copy) to etcsit2010@gmail.com and hard copy send it to us by post to the address mentioned below Or by fax Fax No.: (0253) 2511962/2621183/2518870 and Mention kind attention: Dr S S Sane
4. Send registration form in soft copy format along with demand draft on or before 4th January 2010 for early bird registration or before 10th January 2010 for general registration.
