The Department offers two year full time MBA Programme, affiliated to Pune university & approved by AICTE) with the intake capacity of 60 students per year. The programme has been framed with emphasis on developing analytical thinking, creativity, imagination & team work among the students. It seeks to provide a platform to nurture the talent, to hone the skills & to mould an individual into a resourceful & perceptual professional. The MBA curriculum
The MBA Curriculum is a two year full time course divided into four semesters comprising various concerned subjects. Each semester has eight subjects .The subjects of first two semesters are common .The students opt for specializations from the third semester. The specializations offered are : 1. Marketing Management. 2. Finance Management. 3. Human Resource Management. 4. International Business Management. 5. Production & Material Management. 6. Computer Management. As a part of curriculam the student has to undergo training in a corporate organization for a period of two months, at the end of their second semester. Based on this, they have to prepare a detailed project report pertaining to the specific assignment taken up by them in the various organizations. The Department of Management studies has a team of in house and visiting faculty members. Our team is a judicious combination of senior & experienced as well as young dynamic people with diverse business experience and high academic credentials. The latest and relevant knowledge from the management field is imparted by inviting industry experts and external specialists. We also provide an opportunity to the students for developing their managerial skills by organizing workshops in the relevant areas. There is a separate Training and Placement Cell to help students with their summer training program and final placements. The infrastructure of the department includes Lecture Halls, a GD Hall , a Seminar Hall , a Computer Lab , Language Software ( Linguaphone ) , a Department Library having number of text books and reference books, CDs for the benefit of MBA Students. The department and the institute takes pride in achieving good academic results & has attained the first position in respect of overall result among the various institutes in Nashik district in the first semester itself.
